The service
Ask Ozwal helps you think through relationships, plans and decisions. It is a personal assistant, not a professional. Nothing it says is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it can be wrong — use your judgement. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Your account
You need to be at least 13. Keep your login details to yourself, and only add information about other people that you're comfortable holding. Don't use Ozwal to harass anyone, break the law, or attempt to extract other users' data.
Free plan and subscriptions
The free plan includes a set number of recommendations each month. Premium unlocks unlimited recommendations and the full set of focus modules.
- Subscriptions purchased on iPhone are billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device, or from Settings inside the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
Your content
What you write stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store it and generate responses for you. You can delete your account and its content at any time from Settings.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue features. If we make a material change to these terms we'll say so in the app. The service is provided as-is, without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months.
